Criticism from the Twitter account attributed to Molavi Abdolhamid towards the delegation sent by Iran’s leader

In a tweet published by this account, it was stated that the expectation from the leader’s delegation was to see the realities, condemn the Bloody Friday massacre in Zahedan, offer condolences to the families of the martyrs and the affected, and ensure justice, not to threaten and intimidate the oppressed.

Following the unprecedented killing of protesting citizens in Zahedan and weeks of Molavi Abdolhamid’s protests demanding accountability for this massacre, a delegation led by a cleric named Mohammad Javad Haj Ali Akbari was sent to the Sistan and Baluchestan province by the leader of the Islamic Republic.

However, on Tuesday, Mr. Ali Akbari indirectly held Molavi Abdolhamid responsible for the recent events in his remarks.

He said that those who, by tweeting and making inappropriate and provocative speeches, have added fuel to the enemy’s fire in the recent incidents in the province must be held accountable.
