Dani Alves, former defender of the Brazil national football team, who was temporarily released from prison last April after posting a one million euro bail and serving 14 months, pending the final verdict of the appeal court, was today acquitted of the sexual assault charges he was accused of by the High Court of Justice of Catalonia.
