According to reports from police stations, more than 30 people have lost their lives due to landslides and floods caused by this typhoon. Additionally, over 200,000 people have been left homeless and displaced by this severe typhoon.
Statistics indicate that in Manila, the capital of the Philippines, apart from extensive damages, twelve people have lost their lives following this typhoon. Yesterday, the typhoon moved towards Taiwan and, according to official reports, has resulted in the death of at least 7 people and injuries to over 750 people.
Typhoon Goni has weakened and changed course towards China, where the country has safely evacuated over 150,000 people as a security measure.
