We are pursuing the integration of the Simorgh aircraft into the passenger fleet, says the Minister of Defense
The Minister of Defense stated that President Raisi has assigned the mission to integrate the Simorgh aircraft into the passenger fleet, and we are actively following up. Parts of this project are being developed domestically, while other parts are sourced from certain foreign countries.
He continued, saying that the Simorgh aircraft must undergo tests with the Civil Aviation Organization before it can enter the flight cycle. The second unit of this aircraft is also being prepared.
