The Deputy Head of the IRGC Intelligence Organization stated that the media is the frontline of the regime.

Mehdi Sayari mentioned that the enemy’s strategy is to create issues for the country and generate waves with the aim of destabilization. The media is the frontline of the revolution and the regime.

The enemy has launched a media war against us, and today we are victorious in every war. We must also address the deficiencies in the realm of media warfare.

A sanctions expert at the U.S. State Department stated at the 1989 Hamburg Conference that the social resilience of the Iranian people is unassailable, and the only way to separate the Iranian people is through a media war and cultural work. By the late 1990s, we witnessed insults to our sacred beliefs in our own newspapers, and the sedition of 1999 took shape.

The Supreme Leader stated that we are engaged in an economic, psychological, and security war with the enemy. The outcome of the media war transforms into an actual war.
