The deputy of the Tehran Water and Wastewater Company says Iran has had no rainfall in the last 45 days.

Hessam Khosravi, the deputy of water operations at the Tehran Province Water and Wastewater Company, announced on a television program that with the continuation of the drought in Iran, the capacity of Tehran’s dams has fallen below 11 percent.

This official of the Islamic Republic mentioned that under normal conditions we should have 40 millimeters of rainfall, which has not happened so far, and added that in the past 45 days the country has had no rainfall.
