Elon Musk is pushing Twitter to the brink

Elon Musk has informed Twitter employees that all company offices will be closed until next Monday, and simply with a straightforward notice, all administrative centers of this social network were shut down. Thus, a significant part of the administrative structure, and most importantly, the security oversight of one of the world’s most popular social networks, is being managed through remote work by employees with minimal interaction between the various parts of the company.

According to senior managers of the company, Musk has cited his fear of sabotage by opposing employees as the reason for closing the offices. Moreover, these managers are confident that Musk intends to lay off another portion of employees and is currently preparing a new list of those to be dismissed.

A few days ago, in one of the most inappropriate managerial actions in the history of American companies in the past decade, Elon Musk sent an email to employees to pledge their commitment to working hard for Twitter, and included an option in the text for them to click and pledge their allegiance to him.
