Fatemeh Harbi, a citizen, was arrested on October 12 in Gohardasht, Karaj. According to a report received by the committee, her arrest occurred when the shawl slipped from her head while she was working as a pharmacy visitor, revealing her hair. She was initially detained by the Gohardasht security police and transferred to Kachooyi prison after one day.

The judge in Ms. Harbi’s case is Asef Hosseini, and the charge against her is acting against national security. She is a single mother of an 8-year-old child and the breadwinner of her family.
