Fazel Lankarani: Hope among the teachers of the Qom seminary is diminishing

Mohammad Javad Fazel Lankarani, a member of the Society of Seminary Teachers of Qom, says that hope among the teachers of the Qom seminary is diminishing. He called for ensuring the livelihood of seminary teachers and urged the leadership and seminary officials to pay attention to these issues.

This advanced seminary instructor pointed out the reduction in teaching classes, mentioning that about 150 teachers were teaching last year, but this year some have been deprived of teaching for up to two months.

The head of the Center for Jurisprudence of the Imams claimed that this center has no financial or organizational ties with governmental institutions. He indirectly referred to the issue of clerics migrating and said that many countries around the world are eager for the presence of a strong and knowledgeable cleric to become a focal point for people to gather around and seek refuge.

Fazel Lankarani described the motivation of seminary teachers to enhance their academic level as fading and concerning, stating that this issue has been repeatedly highlighted, but this voice does not reach anywhere.
