FBI Foils Potential Terrorist Attack Plan in Michigan

The head of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announced the arrest of several suspects in connection with a potential terrorist attack plan in the state of Michigan.

Kash Patel wrote in a message on the social media platform X on Friday that FBI agents successfully thwarted a potential violent attack planned for the Halloween weekend and arrested several individuals in connection with it.

He explained that the case involving these individuals includes federal charges, and the documents would remain sealed until the end of Friday.

The Dearborn city police in the suburbs of Detroit also confirmed that an operation was conducted by the FBI in the city on Friday morning but added that there is no threat to the citizens.

The FBI has not yet announced whether the operation in Dearborn was related to the arrests made on Friday.

According to the head of the bureau, more details about the case will be released soon.
