The Federal Reserve raised the interest rate

According to reports from Western sources, the Central Bank of America has increased the interest rate by 25 basis points, equivalent to 0.25 percent.

This is the first interest rate increase since July 2023 and goes against Donald Trump’s request to lower the rates.
