Fidan: Without restraining Israel’s expansionism, peace in the Middle East will not be established

The Turkish Foreign Minister announced that as long as Israel’s expansionism continues, achieving lasting peace and security in the Middle East will not be possible.

Hakan Fidan emphasized that the international community must accept this reality and take action to prevent the imposition of Israel’s geopolitical goals through foreign interventions.

He also criticized the Israeli government’s actions, stating that the measures taken in Gaza, including the imposed restrictions and humanitarian conditions, indicate a trend that has now extended to Lebanon.

Fidan warned that the continuation of this trend could further destabilize the region and hinder the realization of political solutions, including the two-state solution.
