Flood in Vietnam claims 10 lives

Vietnamese officials announced that following the flood and the unprecedented rise in the river level in the past 60 years, at least 10 people have died.

More than 128,000 homes in five central provinces have also been flooded, with water reaching depths of three meters in some areas.
