Nasser Kanaani, the Foreign Ministry spokesman, condemned the decision made by the European Union’s Council of Foreign Ministers on Monday night to impose unilateral sanctions against some Iranian officials and entities, and said:
In response to today’s action by the European Union’s Council of Foreign Ministers, reciprocal sanctions against relevant European individuals and entities will soon be imposed and announced.
