Former CIA Director: Russia and China have not adhered to halting nuclear tests

John Ratcliffe, former CIA Director, and Tom Cotton, Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, confirmed Donald Trump’s statements regarding China’s and Russia’s secret nuclear tests.

According to the New York Post, Ratcliffe wrote on Monday, November 2, in a message on X that Donald Trump is telling the truth.

This senior U.S. intelligence official shared security assessments from Trump’s first presidential term and wrote that Russia and China have not adhered to stopping nuclear explosive tests.

At the same time, Republican Senator Tom Cotton from Arkansas, after consulting with the CIA Director, released more details in a message on X about what specifically the enemies of the United States have tested.

The Senator wrote that after consulting with Director Ratcliffe and his team, they confirmed to me that the CIA assesses that Russia and China have conducted very sensitive nuclear weapons tests beyond the U.S. zero-yield standard.
