Former City Council Member Never Returned 39 Properties in Celestial Real Estate Case

A former member of the city council never returned in the astronomical properties file of 39 properties.

Mirlouhi said about the Yas Holding, ‘I regret to say that we have submitted two investigations to the judiciary for nearly 3 years, but they do not respond to the public. I declare that there are more than one file in various branches, including Branch 15 of the government employees’ court, against the municipality. Mr. Nouri, one of the investigators, told me that only one of these municipal files is 50 volumes. He showed me a cupboard where the municipal files are kept. With these interpretations, the question is why the fate of this single file has not been clarified yet.’

Mirlouhi mentioned about the astronomical properties, ‘It was agreed that 11 properties would be returned to the municipality and the remaining 39 properties did not return. These properties were large and significant, located in the best areas.’
