Fuat Oktay, the Vice President of Turkey, stated that the number of injured from the Istanbul explosion has risen to 81 people.

Among them, the condition of two individuals is reported to be critical.

A suicide attacker, who apparently is a woman, detonated the bomb. We consider this a terrorist act.
