German MEP: We must treat the Islamic Republic as they are
Hannah Neumann, a German member of the European Parliament and Vice-Chair of its Human Rights Committee, reacted in a tweet to the execution of Mohammad Mehdi Karami and Mohammad Hosseini, two protesters who were executed today.
In this tweet, Ms. Neumann wrote, ‘The Iranian regime executed two more protesters. This won’t stop with more negotiations and red carpets. We must send a clear signal and treat them as they are: terrorists.’
