Germany and France have agreed on the development of a next-generation tank.

According to reports, Boris Pistorius, the Minister of Defense of the Federal Republic of Germany, and his French counterpart Sébastien Lecornu signed an agreement on Monday, April 26th, May 7th, for the joint construction of a system related to military tanks in Paris.

It has been stated that this modern weapon system, called MGCS, will feature a network that will connect the tanks with supporting military equipment such as drones and some other unmanned weapons.

Additionally, this system is expected to have the capability to utilize artificial intelligence.
