Germany remains cautious against Putin
The German Chancellor has explicitly stated that sending any offensive weapons to Ukraine is outside of his government’s policy. Olaf Scholz has described the German government’s stance as striving with all its might to prevent Putin’s success in occupation and battle with the Ukrainians, and has committed to implementing maximum defense policies and assistance.
