Germany requests its citizens to leave Lebanon immediately

Germany has asked its citizens residing in Lebanon to leave the country.

According to a spokesperson for the German Foreign Ministry, about 1300 German nationals are on the emergency evacuation list of the ministry.

It has been announced that these citizens should take advantage of any opportunity to leave Lebanon while flights by Lufthansa may have been suspended, flights by other airlines are still operating, which can be used to fly to Europe.
