Gholamali Rajaei: Our distance from the Westerners has increased
Gholamali Rajaei, a political issues activist and analyst, said, ‘I do not think that even with the signing of an agreement, Iran’s relationship with the West will significantly improve at the moment. Our distance from the Westerners has increased, and especially in a situation where the current government’s special attention is towards the East, it seems unlikely that even with the signing of an agreement, close relations between Iran and Western countries will be established. This is not a correct policy because we should simultaneously have connections with the East and also get closer to the West.’
