The main government plan to attract non-Iranian elites
The Iranian government’s information center announced on Tuesday the issuance of a regulation to support non-Iranian elites, by Mohammad Mokhber, the first deputy of Ebrahim Raisi.
According to this regulation, non-Iranian elites, if they meet the eligibility criteria, will enjoy citizenship privileges, except for obtaining Iranian citizenship and holding important government positions.
According to the announced text by the first deputy of the Iranian president to non-Iranian elites who meet the conditions, they can obtain work permits and business licenses and use all banking services like Iranian citizens. Also, their conditions for continuing education in Iranian universities will be similar to Iranian citizens.
This regulation emphasizes that non-Iranian elites covered by this plan can take action to receive services such as issuing a SIM card certificate, insurance services, and establishing a company. They will also have the advantage of entering and exiting Iran similar to Iranian citizens.
