Hamrah Aval will soon become a shareholder of Digikala

Hamrah Aval intends to acquire a significant portion of Digikala’s shares by purchasing the shares owned by Digikala’s founders and the shares held by the Sarava company.

The Peyvast website has reported that the process of Hamrah Aval buying Digikala’s shares and transferring ownership to this company is nearing completion, and soon Hamrah Aval will become the largest shareholder of Digikala.

Currently, Digikala’s founders, Saeed Mohammadi and Hamid Mohammadi, hold 32.36% of the total shares of this online store, and Sarava owns 25.03% of these shares.
