Hamrah Aval intends to acquire shares from the founders of Digikala and from Sarava company, becoming a major shareholder of Digikala.

According to Peyvast website, the process of purchasing Digikala’s shares by Hamrah Aval and transferring shares to this company is nearing completion, and soon Hamrah Aval will become the largest shareholder of Digikala.

Currently, the founders of Digikala, Saeed Mohammadi and Hamid Mohammadi, own 32.36% of the total shares of this online store, and Sarava is also the owner of 25.03% of these shares.
