Hanieh Tavassoli, do you really think the conditions we live in are not worth protesting?

Hanieh Tavassoli, the actress, also posted a message on her Instagram account saying, ‘The news is horrifying. My whole body is trembling. My heart is beating so fast it feels like it wants to leap out of my chest. I’m crying and it’s beyond my control. I’m in shock. It’s evening now, and the house has grown dark, yet I’m still in shock.’

The actress continued, ‘Toumaj Salehi is a young Iranian, a singer. He is a young, protesting singer. Protesting is not a crime. Being young is not a crime. Being a singer is not a crime. Do you really think the conditions we live in are not worth protesting?’
