The head of the Transitional Government Council of the fourteenth government elaborated on the criteria and process of selecting cabinet members for the fourteenth government. He emphasized that so far, no responsibilities have been assigned in the medical government, and no nominations have been finalized for any positions. All candidates from within these committees will be proposed to the medical doctors, and ultimately, it is the president who has the right to select individuals of interest and introduce them to the parliament.
Zarif highlighted the composition of the committees, emphasizing that it is important for our friends to know that in each committee, we have two university elites, two non-university specialist elites, one member from the reformist front, two members from specialized organizations and professional systems, one representative from the private sector, one member from central and provincial headquarters, at least one woman must be present in all committees, and one representative from ethnic or religious minorities must be present in each committee. Our working groups have heads and secretaries, all secretaries are young people under 40, mostly under 30. We have started this process and have now reached good stages.
