Abdolnaser Hemmati, the former head of the Central Bank, met and talked with Masoud Pezeshkian, the elected president.
Regarding this meeting, he stated that this session was an opportunity to report the country’s severe political and economic issues to Dr. Pezeshkian. Good discussions were raised about monetary, financial, commercial, and industrial policy issues. He also asked questions, and I provided answers.
