Houses over 25 billion are subject to taxation

Houses worth over 25 billion were subject to taxation.

According to the 1403 budget bill, lands, villas, gardens, and houses with a value exceeding 25 billion tomans will be subject to taxation.

Tax will be calculated at a rate of two per thousand on the amount exceeding this threshold. This means that the owner of a 30 billion house will have to pay 10 million tomans in taxes.
