If we focus on providing resources to elites, we will fail: the scientific and technological deputy of the president

If our focus is to provide resources to the elites, we will fail.

If our focus is to provide resources, loans, and houses to the elites, we will fail.

This perspective is not bad and has no problem, but if we look at the elites with this perspective, we will most likely fail.

Suppose we give an engineer or a university professor a salary of 100 million Tomans per month. They can have a good life in Tehran. But in Arab countries, they give the same person a salary of 15 thousand dollars, which is 750 million Tomans.

Therefore, if the criterion is only how much money we give to the other party, it is neither possible nor the right thing to do.

If we shift the criterion towards how much resources we provide and how much direct support we give to protect our children, it is definitely a mistake, because no matter how much we do, our hands are tied compared to neighboring countries.

The demand of our elites is to give them influence so that we can play inside the field. We must give them influential land to work with.
