Implementation of the third gasoline rate from the second half of Azar, each liter 5000 tomans

Based on the resolution of the Council of Ministers, whose image has been published by Iranian media, the Iranian government will implement the third gasoline rate from the second half of Azar.

According to the government’s announcement, the price of this gasoline is 5000 tomans per liter.

The first and second subsidized and free rates remain unchanged.

Thus, the total quota for the first and second rates is 160 liters per month, and those who want to consume more will have to pay 5000 tomans per liter from the second half of Azar.

According to the resolution of the Council of Ministers, the regular quota for the first and second rates for imported cars, newly manufactured domestic cars, and government-plated cars, except for ambulances and cars in free zones, will be eliminated, and these vehicles will have to refuel with 5000-toman gasoline from mid-Azar.

This resolution also states that individuals with two personal gasoline-powered vehicles can only use the subsidized and free fuel quota for one of them.
