In the first grade of primary school, 3 to 4 percent of students fail on average across the country.

The former head of the Education Organization, in an interview with Farhikhtegan, posed the question of why we cannot have reports about failures.

We have statistics from our own ministry and a report published by the Strategic Center of the Presidency which states that in the first grade of primary school, 3 to 4 percent of students fail on average across the country.

The gap in the final exam between provinces, according to reports, shows that the average scores of provinces in the final exam differ by about 5 to 6 points.

The overall national average might increase, but at the same time, the gap might also widen, which leads to errors in interpreting the average.
