Iran buys an airplane from Afghanistan

Aftab Yazd reported that Iran has purchased an airplane from Afghanistan, although its quality is not very satisfactory.

The newspaper addresses the contradictions in the statements made by officials regarding the purchase of 90 aircraft, which basically did not take place.

Kish Air bought this airplane with a 29-year lifespan, which was manufactured for Italy in 1995 and after 19 years of operation, it was retired.

Later, Ukraine bought it and after a few years of operation, it transferred the flight to Kam Air Afghanistan, and now after several years of flight and being parked at Kish Air, it was bought back from the Taliban and added to its own fleet.
