Iran’s Foreign Minister: We are ready for conditional negotiations with the U.S.

Abbas Araghchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic, in an interview with a Saudi newspaper, announced Tehran’s condition for negotiating with the U.S.

Araghchi said the Islamic Republic is ready to resume nuclear negotiations with Washington, but on the condition of receiving guarantees to refrain from any military action against Iran, and the U.S. will not achieve in any negotiation what it could not achieve in military attacks on nuclear facilities.

Araghchi stated that Iran does not interfere in Lebanon’s internal affairs, desires freedom of navigation for all, and there is a possibility of conflict with Israel.

He considered Iran and Saudi Arabia’s cooperation as a way to create regional stability and warned that any adventurism will be met with a stronger response.
