Rasoul Mojdeh Shafagh, an advisor to the Pasta Factories Association, stated that the increase in the prices of other food items like chicken, meat, and rice causes people to change their food basket and replace them with pasta.

It seems that from late October to mid-November, the consumption of pasta has increased.
