Iran International Network has been under threat for 18 months

Iran International network has been under threat for 18 months.

A spokesperson for Iran International news network says that an attack with a cold weapon on one of the presenters of this network occurred following months of severe threats against this network.

Pouya Zareati, 36, was targeted outside his home by individuals aiming to attack him with a cold weapon and was injured.

He published a picture of himself on a hospital bed last Saturday, raising his fingers in a victory sign.

Anti-terrorism police investigations into this attack are ongoing, and the Iranian government has denied any involvement in this attack.

Adam Bily, a spokesperson for this news network, told the BBC Radio 4 program that this network has been the target of severe threats for 18 months.
