The Iranian Aviation Organization announces the reopening of part of the country’s airspace

The Iranian Aviation Organization stated that after conducting safety and security assessments, part of the airspace and several airports in the country will be reactivated from Saturday, April 18.

According to this decision, air routes in the eastern part of the country have been opened for international flights, and flights will gradually resume at various airports depending on technical and operational readiness.

The report mentions that since the start of the war on February 28 and the attacks by Israel and the United States on Iran, the country’s airspace had been completely closed.

It is also noted that during these conflicts, a number of Iranian airports in various cities were targeted.
