Israel allows sending aid to Gaza by sea

According to Haaretz, Israel is allowing emergency aid to enter Gaza by sea for the first time since the start of the war with Hamas on October 7th last year.

The newspaper writes that Israel has reached an agreement with some international organizations, whose names have not been disclosed, in this regard.

This agreement pertains to aid funded by the United Arab Emirates. It is planned that these goods will be brought to Gaza through the Mediterranean Sea starting Monday, February 20. These ships will be loaded in Cyprus, and Israeli authorities will oversee their cargo.
