The Israeli Defense Minister will continue attacks on Lebanon

Israel Katz, the Israeli Defense Minister, emphasized that his country’s military operations against armed forces in Lebanon will continue.

He stated in a declaration that in response to any attack on northern Israel, the country’s army will target the southern suburbs of Beirut.

These remarks were made after the Revolutionary Guards, in response to an Israeli attack on the suburbs, targeted areas in northern Israel and Tel Aviv.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the head of Iran’s negotiating team, wrote on the social network X that they have disrupted the ceasefire equation on paper and its repeated violations in the field until there is a real will for trust-building. This is Iran’s response.

The central headquarters of Khatam al-Anbiya also announced hours after the exchange of attacks that in support of the Lebanese people, they have responded to Israel and simultaneously announced the cessation of operations by Iran’s armed forces.

However, Iranian officials have warned that if Israeli attacks continue, especially in southern Lebanon, more severe responses will be on the agenda.

At the same time, the White House announced that Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu have had a phone conversation about recent regional developments.
