Issuance of two death sentences for 18-year-old Mehdi Mohammadi-Fard

The Hrana News Agency has reported the issuance of two death sentences for an 18-year-old citizen by the Sari Revolutionary Court.

Mehdi Mohammadi-Fard, who was arrested during the Nowshahr protests, was accused of corruption on earth and waging war against God.

He was also sentenced to a total of seven and a half years in prison for other charges such as propaganda against the regime, inciting to disturb national security, insulting the leadership, and gathering and colluding to commit crimes against national security.

According to Hrana, Mr. Mohammadi-Fard was deprived of access to a chosen lawyer.
