The Judiciary: Mousavi Mobile has been unable to fulfill 336 billion tomans of its obligations

The spokesperson of the Judiciary provided explanations about the latest status of the sponsor case of Esteghlal Club

Asghar Jahangir, spokesperson of the Judiciary, said regarding the latest status of the Mousavi Mobile case, the sponsor of Esteghlal Club, that this case has been filed in Mazandaran province. A mobile sales store, through advertising in real and virtual spaces, offered phones and accessories to people at prices below the market rate, collecting 688 billion tomans from customers.

He continued, saying that out of the amount collected, 352 billion tomans have been used to fulfill obligations, but 336 billion tomans worth of obligations have not been fulfilled. In this regard, 518 complaints have been registered against him by June 6th. The main suspect has been arrested on charges of disrupting the economic system, and the case is in the preliminary investigation stage.
