The spokesperson for the Judiciary stated that the case of Mehrjui’s murder is being processed in the criminal court.
Masoud Setayeshi, the spokesperson for the Judiciary, mentioned regarding the latest details of Dariush Mehrjui’s case that the case, after completing the investigations and obtaining the final defense from the 4 accused involved, was sent to the competent court with a legal indictment.
Setayeshi continued by saying that when this issue was raised, the honorable head of the Judiciary ordered that the case be addressed with both speed and special attention to the elements of precision and accuracy, and as previously announced, this was accomplished in less than 2 months.
The spokesperson for the Judiciary added that the case of Dariush Mehrjui’s murder is currently being processed in the province’s Criminal Court One, and its first hearing will be on the 19th of Dey this year.
