Judiciary Mohammad Bagher Kharrazi has been summoned to the Special Clerical Court
The spokesperson for the judiciary announced the summoning of Mohammad Bagher Kharrazi to the Special Clerical Court following his recent statements
He said that considering Kharrazi’s clerical status, addressing the allegations falls under the jurisdiction of the Special Clerical Court, and immediately after his recent statements, legal actions for judicial pursuit were initiated
According to the judiciary spokesperson, Kharrazi was summoned to the Special Clerical Court today, and his case has been placed under criminal investigation
He added that more details will be published after the completion of reviews and the announcement of judicial proceedings’ results
