Kayhan to conservative candidates: Withdraw in favor of others
The Kayhan newspaper wrote to conservative candidates, urging them not to sacrifice the country’s security and authority for their own goals and ambitions, and not to question the great achievements of the revolution.
Please do not stray from the ideals of the revolution during discussions, do not attribute the shortcomings and betrayals of some officials to the system and leadership, avoid exaggerating and magnifying problems, refrain from engaging in superficial and marginal issues. A presidential candidate should have a clear program and cabinet. Candidates should not exploit the people’s problems, and should never use the destruction of others to achieve their own success.
