Kianoush Sanjari has been arrested after reporting to Evin Prosecutor’s Office.

It has been reported from Tehran that Kianoush Sanjari, a journalist and civil activist, has been arrested after reporting to Evin Prosecutor’s Office.

Abouzar Nasrollahi, a lawyer, also announced this news in an interview with the Emtedad website, stating that following the summons of my client to Evin Prosecutor’s Office, we visited the office today, Sunday, where this political activist was arrested after being charged.

Mr. Sanjari left Iran this past Nowruz after several years of imprisonment and a travel ban, but he has returned to Iran again.
