A summons has been issued for the arrest of lawyer Ghalenavi.
Mohammad Malekian says that Branch 1057 of the Judicial Complex of Government Employees has acquitted him in the complaint case against Amir Ghalenavi. He has provided a copy of the court’s verdict and emphasized the issuance of a restraining order to sports media.
In this verdict, in addition to the national team coach of the Football Federation, he is also listed as a complainant.
In the new season of the long-standing dispute between former and current national football team coaches, Malekian referred to Ghalenavi as the ‘chairman of the bench’ in a live program on the national broadcasting network and said that the decisions of the federation and the selection of coaches in several premier league clubs are under the umbrella of the ‘chairman of the bench’.
Ghalenavi’s lawyer, denying Malekian’s acquittal, has stated that there was no address available for Malekian, neither on the Sana system nor on the Naja route, not even in the federation or the Ministry of Sports. A summons was issued for the accused to appear in court, but access to him was not possible.
In a published verdict, Malekian has not followed the usual procedure and has not written his place of residence. The address, which includes the floor number and unit number of his apartment in District 22, is also legible.
