The death sentence of Mahan Sadrat was revoked

Seyed Abbas Mousavi, the defense lawyer for Mahan Sadrat, announced that with the blessing of the Creator of life, the foresight and deep insight of the honorable judges of the ninth branch of the Supreme Court, and the prayers of the noble, honorable, and compassionate people of this land, his client Mahan Sadrat was saved from execution. The order to halt the execution of his sentence was issued based on a request for a retrial and in accordance with Article 476 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
