Masoud Pezeshkian: In surveys, people are dissatisfied with the government
Masoud Pezeshkian, yesterday afternoon in a public session of the Parliament, while summing up the final report on the government’s performance in the first year of implementing the seventh development plan, stated that last year we witnessed protests and strikes from some sectors and were forced to cut off people’s electricity, but now we have solved many of these problems.
Pezeshkian said when we go to the provinces, we see that in surveys, people are dissatisfied with the government. We are to blame because we cannot serve the people, and we have no right to put on airs or impose on them.
Our position is to serve the people, and anyone who cannot serve should step aside. Instead of undermining each other, we should help one another.
He continued his speech by addressing the Parliament representative, saying help us draft a budget without a deficit.
A budget without a deficit means development with balance.
