The head of the Mazandaran Judiciary announced that the Mousavi mobile case, which has numerous plaintiffs, has entered the final stage of proceedings
In a meeting with a group of plaintiffs from the Mousavi mobile case, Abbas Pouriani stated that the main reason for the delay was a disagreement over the main charge. Consequently, the case was sent to the Supreme Court, and after resolving the disagreement, it is now being addressed in the first branch of the Sari Revolutionary Court
The head of the Mazandaran Judiciary emphasized that promptly addressing sensitive, important, and multi-plaintiff cases is of utmost importance so that plaintiffs can quickly regain their lost assets. The provincial judiciary, aware of this significance, has been diligently pursuing this case with over five thousand plaintiffs, and the proceedings are being consistently monitored to prevent delays in the legal process
