The Minister of Defense stated that we are enhancing the security of the eastern borders using advanced cameras and drones.
The Minister of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces said that by utilizing modern equipment such as advanced cameras, helicopters, drones, and small drones, we are improving the security level of the country’s eastern borders.
Brigadier General Ashtiani mentioned the establishment of fortifications on the eastern borders of the country to strengthen security in these areas. He stated that this plan is not just about building walls, but also includes various programs in border areas, such as creating obstacles against the use of modern equipment, advanced cameras, helicopters, drones, small drones, and communication and weaponry facilities. Equipment and training for border guards are also important, and all of these together ensure the security of the borders.
The Minister of Defense pointed out that terrorist acts occur in all countries, but currently, the security coefficient of our borders is higher compared to many countries. With the new plan being implemented, the security coefficient of our borders will increase even further.
